Alongside her creative pursuits, Mila is passionate about animal rights and has collaborated with various animal rescue organizations and clinics worldwide, particularly in India and Mexico, and has been vegan for over 10 years. She passionately advocates for disadvantaged groups and understands the challenges posed by the fast fashion industry, as well as the impacts of colonization on the clothing world. This drives her to work with recycled materials and ensure ethical production practices in her products, with each piece serving as a statement of her values. Fueled solely by her independent funding, this brand started as a modest merchandise line with a few simple designs before she had the means to expand.
